Originally from Oklahoma where the family business was Real Estate, Teila Bartosh moved to Nashville in 1988. While calling Nashville her home, she has continued to be immersed in the real estate industry with a father who is an architect, a builder and a developer. So, in 2008, Teila chose the natural career path for herself and obtained her real estate license.
Though it may have been a natural career path for her, she chose to work in an unconventional position as a property manager instead of sales. Teila joined Village Real Estate with the main purpose of serving as an office manager for The Property Management division. It was in this position that she came to realize that helping people who were not ready to purchase a home find great places to live, was a calling for her.
Teila's calm demeanor, patience and great knowledge of the communities, buildings and neighborhoods of Nashville make her an exceptional Property Manager and realtor. She currently manages a portfolio of real estate valued over 4 million dollars.

Born and raised in Nashville, Marissa Watson knows this city. Marissa began her real estate career at the age of fifteen as part of the administrative team for three agency branches serving as an assistant to the broker. This gave her a strong foundation in the market and further solidified her love and knowledge of the real estate business.
Marissa continued to gain experience by working in real estate while attending Western Kentucky University. Marissa earned her BA in English & Allied Languages in December 2006.
After college, Marissa earned her real estate license. She was affiliated with Worth Properties before transitioning into Village Property Management.
Marissa volunteers her time to many local charities such as: Salama Urban Ministry, HRC and Pride. Marissa is a member of GNAR and serves as a member on Salama's Event Planning Committee.

Starting her early Real Estate career in Atlanta, GA, Carol decided to get back to her Tennessee roots and made the move to Music City, Nashville, Tennessee. Trying out a new field of interest, while learning the market, she rediscovered her passion for Real Estate, and found herself at home with Village Real Estate Services Property Management.
Carol's focus is listing homes for clients who appreciate the services a property manager will provide, by taking charge and providing exceptional service. Her attention to details and market experience will give you peace of mind and assurance that everything will be handled with care.
